Gordon & Associates' mission is to add value to your business by providing services in three areas:

• Data Analysis and Reporting - We assist you in understanding your business' data by working with you to specify, and then develop, customized reports that meet your information needs. This way you get key data in the format you want, when it is needed, to make decisions.
• Computer Based Training Applications - Utilizing your company's training presentations and material, we develop computer based training applications to keep your staff up to date. Your staff is able to access these courses from the Web, from your internal network, or on a stand alone computer at a time and place convenient to their schedule. These courses can range from a "no frills" presentation of the training materials to interactive applications with assessment exercises.
• Consulting on Accounting; Transportation and Logistics; Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning - Based on our thirty plus years of experience, we offer consulting services to assist in implementing, reviewing, or updating processes and procedures in the areas of cost and financial accounting; internal controls; transportation and logistics; and sales, inventory and operations planning. Our goal is to work with you to increase your company's efficiency as well as profitability.

Once we develop these applications, they are delivered to you along with any underlying computer code. This way you can make changes or additions as needed. Of course we want to continue to work with you on your information and training needs but we want you to understand that once the applications are delivered, you can modify them on your own without having to depend on further assistance from us.
